How many guests will be aboard?

Are they USA Nationals or from various nations?  What nationalities?

What is the general age range?

Will some guests be aboard more than once during the intended cruise?

Will they fly commercial or private?

Interests

What are the guest interested in? Art, architecture, fishing, museums, whale watching, diving, etc?

On this specific cruise will there be a focus to the activities?

Do the guests want to spend non underway time at anchor or tied up in a marina?

Are the guests into mother nature and aggressive hiking and exploring, roughing it?

Or are they more timid city folk types not wanting to get down and dirty?

Are your guest avid fishermen or have an interest in first class game fishing?

Are you guests into the beach and beach walks and sun bathing on the beach?

Daily Vessel Movement

Describe your normal vessel movement in a 24 hour period.  Do you typically move several times a day or once a day or sometimes not at all?

What limits do you like to put on the days movements?  i.e. 2 hours underway, 6 hours underway.

Do you run at night with guests aboard?

What is your pain threshold as far as wind and sea state? 

At what point in deteriorating conditions will you either

not get underway or seek immediate shelter?

Logistics

What are the intended guest arrival and departure dates for this cruise?

Do you typically have multiple activities taking place at the same time such as fishing in the tender, helicopter touring, kayaking, guests arriving by private jet, shore excursions, sea plane trips, scuba diving, etc.?

Or do the guests tend to stick together doing the same activities as a group?

Will this cruise start and stop with the same group aboard or will guests fly in and out in the middle of a trip?

Are you interested in taking aboard a private guide such as a marine biologist, naturalists, specialty lecturer of some sort?

If yes would this person be staying aboard or would they be lodged ashore and moved around to follow the boat as necessary by land?
